PORK SOUVLAKI, Greek Style

FYI: Last week, when I made souvlaki, I made tzatziki sauce. I was bought the wrong yogurt (vanilla instead of plain- because they looked so much alike)

Of course, I did not use it but instead, I used sour cream. It was delicious!
Since we use sour cream more than plain yogurt, I decided to use it for the t. sauce.
